Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Nature

All products sold on our platform are purely digital (PDF files/Digital Downloads). Due to the nature of digital goods, they cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is successfully completed.

2. Exceptional Cases for Refunds

We value customer satisfaction. A refund may be issued ONLY under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
• File Issues: If the provided digital files are corrupted or you are completely unable to access them, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you within 48 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your situation falls under the exceptional cases, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Please email us at support.buydigital@gmail.com with your order ID, payment screenshot, and the reason for the refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be initiated immediately from our end. It generally takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect back in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
